Tom Cruise has sold his condo in New York City’s East Village neighborhood for a sum of $3 million according to source. The condo is 2,200 square feet and pertains two bedrooms, two baths and third room. Previously he stay with his ex-wives Nicole Kidman and Katie Holmes.

A source tells Us Weekly, “He just doesn’t really need it anymore. He’s barely in the city…The only reason to keep it was when he had Suri and Katie and needed a real home in the city for them.”
