Paris Hilton was spotted going out with her former boyfriend Stavros Niarchos last week and recently with her pizza boy model, Alex Vaggo in Hollywood.
Friends of Paris Hilton insist that Paris still has the heart for Stavros and she is only going out with Alex to make Stavros jealous.
Alex’s manager Brannon Castleberry said “Alex likes Paris very much. They get along great but are both leading very busy lives and see each other as often as they can”.
Then he added “They are not a couple right now but are very close”.
