Heather Tom gave birth to a baby boy on on Sunday, Oct. 28. This is her first child together with her husband James Achor. Their baby’s name is Zane Alexander Achor and weighed in at 8 lbs., 1 oz.

She tells PEOPLE, “This was the hardest and best thing that I have ever done in my life. Zane is truly amazing!”
