Courtney Love is sued by a credit card company, which is American Express because she owes a large amount of debt amounting $352,059.67.
But Courtney claims that the fault is on AmEx side because of issuing a “massive” number of cards, which is 104 credit cards in her name without her knowledge or consent.
Vice versa, she is suing AmEx for unspecified damages, as well as interest.
