Sir Anthony Hopkins, who acted in Hitchcock, didn’t attend the New York premiere. Other celebrities such as Dame Helen Mirren, Scarlett Johansson and Jessica Biel attended the event at the city’s Ziegfeld Theatre.
It is not clear the reason why he didn’t attend the event.
