Ellen DeGeneres is new judge for America Idol

Ellen DeGeneres will be the new judge for American Idol. Replacing Paula Abdul’s place .
Fox television says in a statement “DeGeneres will sit alongside Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson and Kara DioGuardi and offer her own unique perspective to the contestants throughout the competition”.
