Patrick Swayze starts the charity event
Patrick Swayze gives a surprise appearance to begin the Stand Up To Cancer fundraiser event. This event took place on Friday night. He looks healthy despite of being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.
Other guests who attended that event were Keanu Reeves, Eva Longoria, Halle Berry, Ellen DeGeneres and Kirsten Dunst.
TV actress Christina Applegate who recovered from breast cancer attended the event too and proudly wore her “Survivor” T-shirt .
Another celebrity who also join the event is Jennifer Aniston. She told the audience: “We are all here tonight because we believe we can make our dream of curing cancer come true, because in our world, the boy gets the girl, the hero defeats the villain and cancer is no more.”
