Tori Spelling talks about her baby girl

Tori Spelling gave birth to a baby girl on June 9. Her baby girl Stella Doreen weighed in at a dainty 6 lbs. She has black hair. This was a surprise for both of her and husband Dean McDermott.
She tells OK! “She’s a miracle. I was on one pill and wasn’t feeling well, so I went off of it. Two days later, the doctor put me on another, and on that one day, we conceived. It was meant to be!”
