No wedding for Nicole Richie yet

There are rumors saying Nicole and the father of her baby Joel Madden are planning a wedding but Nicole told TMZ that the rumors were hoax and they are not even engaged.
Who is saying the truth? Rumors or they are denying? This case is the same as Brad Pitt and his partner Angelina Jolie. There have been rumors saying that they are getting married too.
