Britney Spears’s car tire ran over a paparazzi’s foot!

Britney Spears injured a paparazzi. Her car tire ran over his foot! Can you imagine how hurt will it be? This happen when she was coming out from parking lot in Bev Hills medicial building.
Spears was shocked when this happen but she didn’t see whether he was ok or not. He went to emergency room and lucky no serious injury. His foot is really tough!.
